Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee, review, and improve accounting and administrative processes for multiple restaurant outlets. 1. Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including filling for sales, expenses, financial transactions and record-keeping. Oversee inventory management, supplier communication, and handle supplier payments. Handle all outlet payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments. Process and settle bank transactions for utilities, rent, business licenses, maintenance fees, and other administrative expenses. Issue memorandums and manage formal correspondence. 2. Financial and Accounting Duties: Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and prepare comprehensive financial reports on a monthly and yearly basis. Track expenses, assist with budget management, and ensure cost efficiency. Liaise with authorities for licensing and compliance, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents for audit reports and related documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in accounting and administrative tasks with experience in payroll management. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel. Education and Experience: 2+ years in administrative roles with an accounting background. High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). This role ensures efficient administrative and operational support across multiple restaurant outlets, focusing on accounting, supplier coordination, payroll management, and daily operations.
