Job Description

Answer phone calls and emails Maintain filing systems accurately Schedule meetings and appointments Assist in document preparation and proofreading Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment Help organize company events and meetings Provide excellent customer service to clients Perform other administrative tasks as assigned We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be proficient in computer and Microsoft software to provide essential support to our office. You will be responsible for managing office tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Written and verbal communication skills Experience in managing office software and equipment Professional and positive attitude This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
