Job Description
Requirements 1. Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree. 2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. 5. Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. 6. Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution. 7.Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success. 8.Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares. Responsibility 1. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to close deals and meet targets. 2. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders. 3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and present proposals effectively. 4. Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Client Management: Strong client management skills to handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. 6. Market Research: Ability to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. 7. Presentation Skills: Capable of creating and delivering compelling presentations to corporate clients and key decision-makers. 8. Strategic Thinking: Skilled in developing sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on corporate partnerships and large accounts. 9. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking sales pipelines, managing client interactions, and reporting sales data. 10. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales strategies. 11. Problem-Solving: Resourceful in addressing client concerns, overcoming challenges, and providing tailored solutions. 12. Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
