Responsibility Technical Skills for a Production & Operation Assistant We are a sewing training center that provides sewing job orders to home-based seamstresses. We are looking for someone with vocational skills in sewing. Basic skills are acceptable. You do not need to sew yourself. You need to understand the sewing process. You need to understand basic sewing techniques, fabric names, sizes, and methods. You need to know the product process and conduct QC (quality check). Your daily activities include: 1. Calculating the amount of fabric used to produce products. 2. Calculating the quantities of main sewing supplies such as thread, zippers, needles, and buttons required. 3. Prepare sewing kits and guides for other seamstresses to sew new projects. 4. Cutting fabric in bulk quantities based on patterns to make one. 5. Packaging products, QC products, and providing feedback to seamstresses. 6. Providing and organizing work for seamstresses. 7. Scheduling projects and planning for each order/project.
