Job Description

-Provide in-house sales support to sales team -include quotation creation, checking on pricing and lead time. -Manage all office administration. Includes procurement, delivery, inventory management, coordination with suppliers and vendors for delivery of goods/services, update customer on order status etc. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of important documents. Storage of documentation. Update company website and post prepared posters on social media etc. -Implement and execute any ad-hoc task or instruction from immediate superior or management -Ad-hoc task require by Management
