Position: Front Desk / Receptionist (Short-Term Rental Company)

📍 Location: Klang Valley 🗓 Working Days: 6 days per week (1 day off) ⏰ Working Hours: Shift-based (according to schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
• Assist guests with enquiries regarding rooms, facilities, and stay procedures (in person & via WhatsApp)
• Address guest issues and complaints, and coordinate with relevant teams when necessary
• Manage keys, access cards, and parking cards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management teams to ensure smooth room turnover
• Perform basic administrative and record-keeping tasks

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and responsible
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage)
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior experience in front desk, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service is an advantage (training provided for those without experience)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
