Job Description

1. Application Submission: Submit various applications to TNB branches promptly and efficiently. Ensure all required documents are complete and in order before submission and/or collection 2. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all submitted and/or collected applications. Document feedback or outcomes provided by TNB officers for each application. 3. Communication: Engage in basic communication with TNB officers during application submissions and/or collections. 4. Reporting: Report to the supervisor promptly about the status of each submitted application. Highlight any issues or rejections encountered during the submission and/or collection process. 5. Application Preparation: Assist senior and junior executives with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required. Assist in preparing and verifying application documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with authorities' requirements. Prepare and submit milestone reports for SEDA applications. Research and compile information on processes and requirements. Participate in departmental meetings, providing updates on task progress and actively contributing to discussions. Support the operations team with ad-hoc tasks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
