Job Description
Reception Manage telephone calls in timely manner Welcome guests and visitors & directing them to the designated personnel Manage incoming and outgoing mail/courier Assist with arrangement of dispatch Administrative Administering of the general office matters which includes ensuring upkeep & maintenance of the office, liaising the vendors on office automation maintenance. In-charge of the Dispatch arrangements Understand and oversee the maintenance of the Filing System Human Resource support Maintaining the integrity and classification of databases, such as: Contacts Office equipment Software licenses Air tickets bookings / coordination Management & input of time sheets, OT verification Liaison with the IT service provider on computer matter Overseeing stock/cost control of stationery purchases
