Job Description

Being able to work remotely, based in Klang Valley: Self-driven and self-discipline

 Soft and Technical Skills (Must): 1. High coordination and communication: Excellent and effective communication within internal team members, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues, discuss drawn drawings, accurate checklists.- Highly motivated and resilient and able to adapt to change 2. To prepare weekly and monthly schedule for in-house frontliners - Ability to understand interior design construction methods and sequence; 3. Concept Development: Develop design concepts and themes based on the client's brief, functional requirements, and aesthetic preferences. Prepare design rationale. 4. Space Planning: Analyse and evaluate available space to create efficient layouts that optimise functionality and flow. Consider factors such as furniture placement, traffic patterns, accessibility, and safety regulations. 5. Material and Finishes Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and textures to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space while ensuring durability, sustainability, and maintenance requirements. 6.Proficiency in SketchUp 3D (must) and SketchUp Layout (teachable). 7.Documentation and Specifications: Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications, including electrical layouts, lighting plans, and furniture placement diagrams.  *Documentation*: Maintaining accurate records and documentation is crucial. This includes contracts, permits, change orders, and project progress reports. *Risk Management*: Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the project's timeline, budget, or quality. *Vendor and Supplier Management*: Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. *Scheduling*: Creating and managing project schedules is another key duty. They need to ensure that tasks are completed on time. *Project Coordination*: They are responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of renovation projects. This includes scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. * Other administrative tasks, if requested. * To update and monitor payment collection from customer. * To communicate with installation crew and customer on cabinet, fabrication installation schedule. * Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. * To prepare sales quotation and invoice. * Ability to work independently or in group. -Excellent time management skill.
