Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketing & Coordination Assistant to support the planning and execution of an upcoming event scheduled for August. The role primarily focuses on marketing activities such as managing social media content and interactions, while also coordinating closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless event setup and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communication Support • Assist in developing and scheduling social media content related to the event (promotional posts, countdowns, reminders, etc.). • Monitor and respond to online inquiries from potential and registered participants across various platforms (email, social media, event pages). • Provide prompt and professional communication to address questions, concerns, or requests for information about the event. • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all communication aligns with the event branding and goals.

Event Coordination & Support • Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with event logistics. • Participate in planning meetings to understand the event layout, setup timelines, and production needs. • Help track key milestones and ensure marketing and operational plans are in sync. • Assist in coordination during the event period to ensure communication between marketing and operations remains seamless.
