Job Description

1. Packing Parcels: - 6 to 10 parcels (on average) Packing Shopee orders and customer microchips & gifts - Packing office items for upcoming pet exhibition 2. Replenishing Supplies: - Replenishing office supplies from Shopee - Replenishing microchip supplies - Replenishing pantry and cleaning supplies from Foodpanda 3. Office Items: - Physical office items (cleaner, handyman, replenishing pantry items) - Arrangements for deliveries, interviews, travel, bookings, simple research - Check bills in the mailbox (Rental, Telco, TNB, Indah Water, Water) 4. Assisting with checking employee expenses - Reviewing invoices & payment submission 5. Any other relevant ad-hoc tasks (a required)
