Parent & Customer Communication** - Greet parents and students professionally upon arrival - Handle enquiries regarding:<br> - Class schedules - Fees and packages - Make-up / replacement classes - Student progress updates <!-- --> - - Communicate clearly with parents regarding attendance, payments, and academy policies - Escalate issues or complaints to Operations Manager when necessary <!-- --> **2\. Student Check-In & Wristband Management** - Manage daily student check-in and check-out procedures - Issue and collect student wristbands according to class and safety protocol - Ensure wristbands are worn correctly for:<br> - Class identification - Safety monitoring - Access control <!-- --> - - Maintain wristband inventory and report losses or damages <!-- --> **3\. Payment & Front Desk Administration** - Collect payments (cash, transfer, online payment) accurately - Issue receipts and update payment records - Assist parents with registration forms and documentation - Maintain organized records of:<br> - Student enrollment - Payments and outstanding fees - Class attendance <!-- --> - \- <!-- --> **4\. Swim Class Video & Progress Support** - Record short videos or photos of swimmers during classes for:<br> - Student progress tracking - Parent updates - Internal coach review <!-- --> - - Ensure recordings follow:<br> - Child safety guidelines - Parent consent policies <!-- --> - - Upload or submit videos to the assigned system or coach/operations team <!-- --> **5\.
