Job Title: Handover Executive / Property Handover Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the property handover process. The role involves preparing and verifying all required handover documentation, conducting thorough inspections of units, and ensuring all furniture and fittings are in proper working condition. The candidate will also serve as the key liaison between tenants, owners, and the management team to ensure a smooth and professional handover experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, review, and verify all necessary handover documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. 2. Conduct detailed inspections of each unit, identifying defects or issues to be rectified prior to handover. 3. Test and ensure that all furniture, fittings, and fixtures are in good working condition. 4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with tenants, owners, and the management team throughout the handover process. 5. Provide clear documentation and reports on inspections, issues, and handover status. 6. Address and resolve any handover-related queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 2.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple units simultaneously. 5. Previous experience in property handover, property management, or related field will be an advantage.
