foodpanda Malaysia is providing free photoshoot services for their vendors. The aim of these professionally taken photos are to help increase sales. In this role, your main responsibility is to coordinate job postings for photographers on GoGet’s platform. You are also to manage the end to end process; compiling data of prospective vendors to submitting photos to foodpanda. Overall, you are expected to work closely with multiple key stakeholders like photographers and vendors and both GoGet and foodpanda teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Vendor Experience focused: - Managing funnel from vendor pitching to matching vendors and photographers. - Collecting feedback from vendors on photoshoot sessions. - Identifying opportunities to improve the photoshoot experience and process - Implementing and executing policies that protect vendors from photographers in case of violation of code of conduct or job policies, vice versa. Project and Stakeholder Management - Coordinating photographers in terms of job posting, job matching, photography expectations, quality assurance, job policies, and more. - To discuss and communicate with GoGet PICs in terms of photography status, volume, and progress. - To work closely with foodpanda team in terms of prospective client compilations, quality control on photographers, and uploading of photos. - To streamline progress checks, findings, solutioning, and standard operation procedure enhancements. - Coordinate end to end process of photography job posting. Qualifications: - No working experience needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Doc - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Tech-savvy, to learn foodpanda and GoGet’s systems quickly. - A good team player, fast learner and able to work in a fast paced environment
