Assistant

We are looking for part-time assistants to help manage the RSVP/guest registration counter for a wedding dinner event.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

• Assist with guest registration and RSVP check-in

• Guide guests to seating arrangements if needed

• Ensure smooth flow at the registration counter

• Provide basic assistance to guests politely and professionally

Requirements:

• Friendly, polite, and presentable appearance

• Responsible and punctual

• Able to communicate clearly with guests

• Prior event experience is an advantage but not necessary
