The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate who’s passionate about supporting user issues and eager to grow in a fast-moving, mission-driven tech company.

 The central goals are:

  1. Providing top-quality customer support  to the communities we serve

  2. Using insights from user issues to drive platform improvements 

As part of GoGet’s Support Team, you’ll be on the frontlines of ensuring our community — both GoGetters and Posters — have a smooth and positive experience on our platform. You’ll respond to inquiries, solve problems, and make sure every user feels heard and supported.

Let's break down the responsibilities

1. Customer Support

As a Community Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our users have a seamless and positive experience with GoGet. You will manage and resolve a wide range of user inquiries across multiple communication channels, including but not limited to:

  1. Zendesk

  2. WhatsApp

  3. Email

You’ll leverage your problem-solving skills to ensure high customer satisfaction and drive positive user outcomes, reinforcing GoGet’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

2. Communication

  • You will use response templates and internal resources to maintain clear, consistent communication. This will help streamline communication, increase response efficiency, and ensure consistent support across all channels.

  • You will contribute to updating of user-facing help articles, guides, and troubleshooting steps. These resources will empower users to find quick solutions independently, reducing their need for direct support.

3. Platform improvement 

  • You will be working with the Support team to identify and advocate for user needs and improve the overall platform experience.

Who will you work with?

You’ll be part of the Community Support Team, working closely with your teammates and reporting to the Support Lead. Together, you’ll make sure our users experience GoGet at its best — every time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Management, or related fields

  • Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and strong track record of internships / co-curricular activities (CCAs) / part time job experience will be considered 

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and G-Suite services such as GSheets, Word Docs 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • A go-getter who’s empathetic, collaborative,  and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

  • Able to work from GoGet HQ as and when required

  • Bonus: 

    • Experience using support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

    • Internship or part-time experience in customer support or service
