GoGet is looking for a people-oriented person as our Supply Development Associate also known as “Community Supply Associate” to be part of our Community Supply function in Malaysia first, and ASEAN long term. The central goal of the Community Supply function is four folds:
To build a strong GoGetter acquisition engine.
To drive for GoGetter activation through matching dynamics and optimisation for GoGetter quality.
To build a safe and trusted environment for GoGetters to earn sustainably.
To build a strong sense of community amongst the GoGetters.
Our aim is to create the best environment for our GoGetters (users who seek to do flexible jobs on GoGet) to perform and achieve their goals within the community.
This role will entail having an overview of GoGetter issues and inquiries across all types of jobs and experiences with the GoGet app. You will have to work closely with the Community Supply Manager and Senior Associate to understand the processes and systems to achieve the above goals of the Supply function. You must have a natural desire to problem solve for people, to build connections amongst people, and to seek an environment that has scalable processes and systems. It is through this desire, that you will be able to drive for efficiency, effectiveness and impact within GoGet, be it through day-to-day supply operational tasks, brainstorming on new solutions, testing out new product development, and understanding pains on the ground.
This role will draw on strong organisation skills, prioritisation skills, attention to detail, written skills, and communication skills in order to handle day-to-day operational tasks, communications, and issues. You will be leveraging existing processes and systems built within the GoGetter ecosystem for you to do operational tasks for achieving the above four goals. You will be working with various tools for communications, internal and external systems for supply operations, and a lot of data. You will be able to suggest and come up with improvements to our community overall through your insights on the ground, qualitative and quantitative data collected, data analysis, coupled with brainstorming with teammates.
The role will require empathy and compassion as you will have direct communication tools to our GoGetter community. You will be asked to have strong critical and analytical thinking in order to make day-to-day decisions. On top of that you will need to be quick to pick up new technologies, and flexible to do the day to day tasks that may require manual execution, testing and experimentation with issues that arise on acquisition, activation and/or retention of GoGetters. You must enjoy working with people as you will be interacting with other teams. You must be comfortable with creating and following standard operating procedures, documentations and contributing in meetings.

To perform community building activities
To be the main contact person for community building activities such as events, gatherings, GoGetter facebook group.
To review and manage responses to community content such as new posts by GoGetters on the FB Group and respond to enquiries upon investigation.
To coordinate sales and fulfilment of GoGet merchandise to GoGetters.
Person-in-charge for day-to-day GoGetter quality management - based on established internal management guide
To be in charge of responses through our internal quality management system e.g. review and respond to quality appeals from GoGetters or issue community feedback messages.
To understand the root cause of community feedback on quality and share the insights with teammates.
To work with the Support team on any quality management actions to be taken.
To understand and provide key insights on community issues to drive improvement overall in the community
To support and report on breakdown of issues in the community.
To brainstorm and propose solutions for product and/or process improvement through data collected from GoGetters regarding top issues they faced.
To assist in filing technology request cards for the technology team to investigate and solve if the issue is pertaining to a bug or product improvement.
To support Supply Senior Associate in preparing all communications to GoGetters
To create communication materials for all planned initiatives such as GoGetter onboarding, activation, ad-hoc campaigns. Communications may be in the form of visual banners, notifications, emails, sms, and more.
To support Business Development team’s requests for fulfilment of projects such as sending training materials and preparing any form of communications to GoGetters.
To perform day-to-day tasks for Supply team such as:
To process compensation for special incentives for GoGetters.
To support the operational tasks of the financial products for GoGetters e.g. Insurance with Perkeso.
To check results of training/ experiments and use internal supply tools to help GoGetters upskill.
To perform executional work for peak seasons (setting up incentive in the system, analysis of results).
To support tasks relating to Finance inquiries for GoGetters.
Who will you work with?
We work as a team, and your role is to be a great team player with Community Supply Manager, Community Supply Senior Associate, Support Agents, Business Development Team and any other teams that may be required. We have in-house developers to support customised product changes, in-house community builders, product team to make your community ideas become a reality. You will be gaining relevant skills for the future because of your learnings and understanding of how digital platforms work.
Bachelor’s degree in a communications and/or business-related field, communications, business, economics, engineering, or management are preferred.
Fluent in English.
