The Role

GoGet is looking for a passionate Supply Marketing Intern to join our Supply team. The central goals of the Supply function are:

  1. Building a highly optimized GoGetter Acquisition engine to support demand 

  2. Ensuring high activation & levels of engagement amongst verified GoGetters

  3. Monitoring & ensuring GoGetters adhere to quality management standards to provide the best level of service to Posters (customers). 

This role will entail supporting the Supply team in these functions. You will work closely with Supply teammates to achieve the above goals. The right candidate should be energetic, a team player, eager to learn, and have an unruly desire to innovate.

Let's break that down

  1. To assist the Supply team in content and communications to support all functions of the Supply team (GoGetter Acquisition, GoGetter Activation & Engagement, Quality Management)

  • Create content which includes but is not limited to artwork, videos, banners, gifs and infographics that will be used for communications to GoGetters for purposes such as new feature roll out & adoption, community engagement activities, contests and monthly newsletter.

  • To prepare deliverables in the form of emails, in-app announcements, Facebook posts and articles.

  • Use communication tools like Mailchimp, internal app announcements software & SMS to schedule communications

  1. To understand & provide key insights on community issues to drive overall improvement and engagement

  • To monitor daily and respond to enquiries coming into Facebook.

  • To support the Supply Team and report on insights gathered from the community via surveys, polls and responses via GoGetter Facebook Group.

  • To brainstorm and propose solutions to drive for high Activation & Engagement in the community.

  1. Assist Supply teammates in operational work e.g. preparing information and research materials by creating and maintaining Google Slides presentations.

Who will you work with?

We work as a team, and your role is to be a great team player with Head of Supply, Supply Associate, Supply Senior Consultant and any other teams that may be required.


  • Love communicating via written, visuals and artwork and have a passion for understanding problems and solving them with content and design.

  • Must possess basic designing skills with tools such as Canva.

  • Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and G-Suite services such as Google Sheets, Google Doc, and Google Slides.

  • Must be comfortable brainstorming and communicating ideas in meetings.

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Must be 18 years of age and above.

  • Ideally be enrolled in an accredited university/college program undergoing undergraduate studies in Creative Design/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent.


Our office is located at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. However, due to current circumstances, we are working remotely.


Please ensure that you have a fully functioning laptop for this position. The laptop must be able to have multiple browser tabs open at the same time and not have regular reliability issues.
