The Role

GoGet is looking for a professional Human Resources and Admin Associate that focuses on Human Resources and Admin functions under the CEO Office. The central goals of the functions are:

  1. To foster strong culture and teaming within the organization 

  2. To run and efficient office operations (admin, finance related admin tasks, HR tasks etc) 

  3. To support in investor relations reporting 

This role will entail providing management support by managing day-to-day operations, administrative support and Human Resources processes for the CEO Office. You will work closely with the CEO, Finance teammate and third party partners to achieve the above goals. The right candidate should be a detail-oriented individual, multi-tasker, digitally savvy, on top of that also have an unruly desire to improve processes for the better.

Let’s break that down

Support the CEO Office team in administrative tasks

  1. Maintain and be point person for the company for all things related to company administration, paperwork, registration

  2. Point person to work with our third party partners such as company secretary, auditors etc

  3. Assist special projects under CEO office 

  4. Help in weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports or filing for the C-Suite in GoGet

  5. Research certain CEO projects and topics to support the decision making for the company

  6. Maintain/ create/ update Standard of Procedures (SOPs) for all administrative processes

Manage processes under Human Resources

  1. Support in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention and Departure 

  2. Help maintain a positive alumni community

  3. Support ad-hoc requests for Human Resource matters

  4. Manage and execute initiatives to increase GoGet’s attractiveness as an employer

Execute Finance related Administrative tasks

  1. Run weekly/ monthly/ daily/ quarterly financial processing tasks such as financial checks or work with our bookkeeper to issue transactions or email out invoices to top priority accounts

  2. Support with ad hoc finance related tasks

We work as a team, and your role is to be a great team player and team leader with the Chief Executive Officer  and any other teams that may be required.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and G-Suite services such as Google Sheets, Word Docs 

  • Must be comfortable with numbers and learning analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Have a positive attitude to working with teammates and counter parts 

  • Comfortable asking questions and working individually on tasks 

  • Reliable with deadlines

  • Self motivated and able to work independently

  • 1 year working experience is preferred but not required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as entry level

Location

Our office is located at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. However, we are open to working remotely. Our culture allows for hybrid teaming, some teammates are remote, some teammates are based in office and some do a mix.
